Raise a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery, by emailing us at pharmacymallss@gmail.com with your order number, name on the order and contact phone number.

Orders once placed can be returned only on the following conditions:

If the wrong products have been delivered

If the delivered product has expired

If the product is damaged – tampered or physically damaged. This does not include the outer packing of the container

Your return request will be reviewed by us and communicated to you through the email used for placing the order within 48 hours from the receipt of the email. 

After reviewing the request for return if the request is considered in your favour, our logistics partner will be sent for pick up. 

After the pick-up is completed and product/products reach us, the same shall be inspected within 24 hrs and status of refund communicated to you on your email id. 

Pharmacy Malls reserves the right to not accept the returns if

Any return request due to delay in the delivery

The product/products are opened

The product/products are used

If the original packaging in which the product/product was delivered with the labels in missing or is not in the manner that it was delivered

The invoice copy will be required to do the pick up for the return

If the return request is raised after 5 days of receiving the order

Refund Policy:

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must have NOT been shipped out. Once shipment is initiated, the shipping and other fees depending on the order details will be deducted for refund

The refund shall be issued only on the product/products accepted as returned by Pharmacy Malls and not on the complete order

Money will be returned to the original mode of payment bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days after the returned products are received at our warehouse and approved. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

Damages and issues:

In case of clay cookware items, we strongly recommend that you inspect the product at the time of accepting the delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged.
